Who We Are
Mike Rose – Company Director
Simon Carless – Publishing Advisor
Pip Hoskins – Marketing Lead
Dan Foster – Development Director
Jas Purewal – Business Advisor
Arwyn Brock – QA Lead
Zayaan Ahmad – Marketing Assistant
Haru Nicol – Senior QA Tester
Born and raised in Tokyo, Haru has loved videogames since they were a wee bairn. The first game they played (at least what they think is the first game they played) was Sonic 1, on some weird emulation site. From there they’ve been playing, writing about, and testing games for many years. They tend to play a wide variety of games, but favourites include Fallout: New Vegas, Pokemon X/Y, Elden Ring, Yakuza: Like A Dragon, and Halo 3. Outside of videogames they also love Tokusatsu, pro-wrestling, big anime robots, and all kinds of films.
Callum Straw – QA Lead
After being trapped in purple purgatory for nearly 6 years, Callum escaped to NMR and is proud to be the QA Test Lead of a wonderful QA crew. Outside of work he plays 5-aside football (terribly) every Wednesday, a wide array of games, goes to the gym when he gets the chance, and loves entertaining his daughter, Erina, who he affectionately calls “Gremlin” because she is a gremlin.
Stacey Satchell – 2D Artist
Stacey is a passionate artist and games design graduate from Liverpool, who has joined us for her first industry job! After studying both at home and abroad in Austin, Texas, Stacey has settled in to working from home, and has lended her talented art skills across No More Robots, whether it’s games or marketing, and is currently working on some exciting, unannounced projects!
Sophie Smart – Production Director
Sophie has spent 10+ years as a producer, where she started in indie games before working at Sumo Digital and has now made the transition into publishing at No More Robots. She enjoys guiding teams to get the best out of them and is a huge spreadsheet and process nerd. When not discussing production you can often find her talking about her cats or Magic: The Gathering.
